TaskTavern Account & Data Deletion
TaskTavern, operated by k8svoodoo LLC, allows users to request deletion of their parent account and associated app data.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
- Open TaskTavern and sign in to your parent account.
- Open the Parent Portal.
- Scroll to Account & Privacy and select Delete Account.
- Review the warning, type DELETE, and select Permanently Delete Account.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject TaskTavern Account Deletion Request. Include the email address used for your TaskTavern parent account. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Data deleted
- Parent account profile and Firebase Authentication account
- Child profiles
- Quests, routines, and tasks
- Task completion and completed-quest history
- Rewards, XP, level, gold, and progression data
- Boss progress
- Inventory and equipment data
- Quest requests and account-linked settings
- Push notification tokens and preferences linked to the account
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, or platform-compliance purposes. This may include subscription and purchase records handled by Google Play, Apple, or RevenueCat; limited security logs; and backup records during normal backup rotation.
Processing and retention periods
In-app deletion is normally processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days after account ownership is verified. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before permanent removal through normal backup rotation.
